The show is November 17 from 11-5 at The Scottish Rite Center in Oakland (by the lake across from Lake Chalet). This whole show is INDOORS. Booth Spaces are 6x4'.
This is a juried event. You will be notified of our decisions through email by October 1.
$150 is due with application. This $150 fee includes a $15 application fee and a $10 donation to a womxn centered non profit (tbd).
If you’ve followed or applied to our events in the past, you will notice that our booth fee has gone up. Both of our events strive extremely hard to be inclusive and to keep costs low. That said, GGC & TGC are led by women (Phoebe & Sophie) who have put their sweat and tears into their events. In the spirit of transparency, know that your $135 helps pay for the event space, printed ads, online ads, posters, flyers, our labor, hired labor, PR, decorations, and more. Thank you for understanding the difficulties of running a small business in the Bay Area and we sooo appreciate your continued support.
If you are not accepted, you will receive a refund of $135 back to the original payment method 5-7 business days after notification.
There is one scholarship booth available. If you are applying for the scholarship booth please say so in the application. We still need $150 upfront, but if you are awarded the scholarship booth you will receive $135 back.
